My Process

The landscapes occupied with pinwheels relate to my “Wind” collection, where I represent wind movement by using swirling lines and colors. In my "Pinwheel” collection, this wind is represented through the movement of pinwheels and the grass.

The pinwheels are drawn similar in shape to a lollipop, provoking a reminiscence of my own childhood.

바람개비가 있는 풍경은 나의 그림의 주제인 “바람”과 연관이 있다. “Wind”가 바람의 움직임을 선과 색으로 표현 했다며 이 그림들은 자연 속에서 느끼는 바람을 풀의 움직임과 바람개비를 통화여 나타내고자 하였다. 또 하나는 바람개비와 유사한 형태인 롤리팝 캔디라는 상징물을 이용해서 단순히 풍경인 아닌 어릴 때의 향수를 느끼게 하는 내 마음 속의 풍경을 그리고자 하였다
